Dream it.

  • Every project stems from a requirement for change. Whether it's an outdated space in need of revitalising or a blank canvas awaiting its full potential to be realised, it all begins with an idea, a 'dream'.

  • We begin by scheduling an initial consultation to understand your project requirements, vision, and objectives. During this phase, we gather essential information about the project, such as the desired style, target audience, budget, and timeline. This consultation allows us to establish a solid foundation for the design process and ensures that we align our ideas with your expectations.

Design it.

  • Based on the information gathered in the initial consultation, our team of experienced designers start working on the design concept stage. We conduct thorough research, including market trends and competitor analysis, to generate innovative and unique design concepts. We consider factors such as functionality, aesthetics, branding, and target audience to create a design that stands out in the industry. We then present our initial concept proposals to the you for review and feedback, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

  • Upon approval of the initial concept, we move on to the design development stage. This involves creating detailed floor plans, 3D visual renders, developed mood boards, and material palettes that bring the concept to life. We consider the spatial layout, furniture selection, lighting design, colour schemes, finishes, and other crucial elements that contribute to the overall design. Throughout this phase, we continuously engage with you, ensuring your preferences and feedback are incorporated into the final design.

  • With the design finalised, we proceed to prepare comprehensive documentation and specifications. This includes detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications for materials, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) required for the project. Our specification drawing package provides clarity and guidance for contractors, suppliers, and other team members involved in the installation stage, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same vision.

Create it.

  • During the installation stage, we provide project management services to oversee the execution of the design plan. We collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure that the design is implemented as intended. Our team monitors progress, conducts site visits, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. We strive to maintain quality standards, adhere to timelines, and manage the budget effectively.

  • As the project nears completion, we focus on the final touches and styling to add the finishing touches that enhance the overall ambiance. We carefully curate accessories, artwork, and other decorative elements to complement the design. After thorough inspections and quality checks, we conduct a final walkthrough with the you to ensure your satisfaction. Once everything meets your approval, we officially hand over the completed project.

  • I commissioned Hannah on a project in early 2021 to refurbish the conference rooms, reception area and café at St Martins House Conference Centre.
